In this post, we will look at how we can change the backup policy for an Azure VM. The process is straight forward and simple and can be achieved using the Azure Portal.
To get started:
Navigate to the Azure Backup Center:
- Click on Backup instances and select a backup job for one of the vm’s
- Click on the backup policy
A new menu bar will open, here you can select your newly created backup policy. Then click on “Change” to apply the new policy to the vm.
